The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of China (MOJ; ) is a ministerial level governmental body of the Republic of China responsible for carrying out various judicial functions in Taiwan.
==History==

The Ministry of Justice was established in 1912 upon the establishment of the Republic of China. After the Chinese reunification in 1928, the Judicial Yuan was inaugurated and the ministry was renamed the Ministry of Judicial Administration and being placed under the yuan. In 1943, the ministry was shifted from Judicial Yuan to Executive Yuan. On 1 July 1980, the ministry was renamed again as Ministry of Justice.〔
